What is SIT?

SIT is a step by step system designed to uncover & resolve emotional data from the past that has parked itself in your body and is manifesting as physical pain or perhaps is stuck in your subconscious mind and is presenting as frustrating patterns of behaviour in your present.

Is SIT like talk therapy?

No it is not. There will be some discussion of memories and feelings related to memories, however, it is not a counselling session. It is not a deep dive into the "story" it is just gathering enough information to formulate the personalized healing.

How often are sessions required?

While everyone is different, committing to 3-5 sessions over a few months is ideal.

Can I claim SIT sessions on benefits?

Not typically; however, some Health Spending Accounts might allow it.

How do I know SIT will work for me?

Truthfully SIT is not for everyone. If you are ready to take responsibility for who you are and how you show up in the world and perhaps get a little honest with yourself, and messy in the process, we can work together.

Why do you do the sessions virtually?

Virtual sessions assist in keeping my fees affordable to most & remove the obstacle of location.Virtual also increases my reach to help more people. You want to refer friends or family from somewhere else in the world? No problem!

How can I expect to feel after a session?

Everyone responds differently, however, I commonly see fatigue, hunger & cravings, some can feel a little "salty" (code word for bitchy) for a bit.

Once the healing crisis passes, you may find yourself responding differently to situations, being less reactive, feeling more in alignment with yourself. I specifically remember that when circumstances in life would come up, in my minds eye, I would see what my previous reaction would have been and a strong awareness that I had a choice of how I wanted to respond now.

And that my friends is where the healing integration begins and by choosing a new way of being, you start creating new neural pathways that soon become your default.
